Virtual Data Center (VDC) Managed Service
LEAN will configure, manage, and monitor the compute and network resources. Our staff will, provisioning your VM’s, configure the VM storage, and configure, operate, and maintain your routing, firewalls, and load balancers.
In addition, we will configure, operate, and maintain your Microsegmentaiton and Distributed Firewall services, where we will define the policies, apply the policies to VM’s and networks.

Backup & Data Protection Managed Service

We will configure, monitor, and perform the required restoration tasks according to your data retention policy. We will also monitor all backup processes, restore your VM’s from backup, and perform a granular file recovery as needed.
Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) Managed Service
We will configure, test, and monitor the replication processes. Also, we will manage the protection status of each VM, manage the failover and failback procedures, and conduct your scheduled DR tests.

Event, Problem, and Incident Management
LEAN will identify, troubleshoot, and restore normal operational functionality of the Managed Components if an Incident is detected or reported.
Our Service Management Center (SMC) staff is responsible for managing all incidents until normal operations are restored. After the normalization, we will conduct and root cause analysis and provide you with an incident report, and recommend further preventative measures.
